There is a cabinet of wonders I rarely open, but this afternoon I remembered it when I saw my former colleague, Christian Tablazon, on Facebook liking this photo (thanks, Christian!):
Christian showed me this website, and I opened it twice since then. Both times I wondered about the process of their creation (and not really the content itself). If you click on this link (http://thesewondrouspolyps.wordpress.com), you shall open the cabinet of words and illustrations.
Before I continue exploring the arts and culture (and everyday life) here in Bangkok, Thailand, stopping by this cabinet made in the Philippines is a must, so to see links and differences in our contemporary worries and heartbeats.
My favorites are the works of Irma L. and Kariza Uy. So inspiring that I hope to paint soon, heart on my sleeves.
